This workout is for the engine. It’s long, it’s tough, and it s a grinder.

For time:
40 db hang squat cleans 50/35
30 inverted ring rows (ring height set to 30″, feet on a 20″ box. Back must touch ground, chest must touch rings)
30 db clusters
30 inverted ring rows
20 woman makers (burpee to a devil press)
