Teams of 2:
Every 8 minutes for 4 rounds- the team must complete
– 600 meter run (both partners run at the same time)
– 30 burpee box jump overs (athletes may partition this part however they’d like)
-AMRAP double unders
*only one athlete may work at a time on burpees and double unders
