Set 2 & 3= 85% 2r
Set 4= 80% 2r
 
B. Clean pull EOMOM (8 min)
Set 1= 90% of 1RM clean
Set 2= 100%
Set 3= 105%
Set 4= 110%
 
C. Front squat (with remaining time of class)
Build to 95% of 1RM for 1 rep.
Then drop to 80% for 2-4 sets of 3r
