Station 1: 12 single leg deadlift (use one db in the opposite hand of the leg that is working) **complete 12 on each leg within the 2 min period
 
Station 2: 12x Barbell glute bridge. (use the benches to put shoulders up on when performing this exercise!) 135/95
 
Station 3: 1 min plank hold
