2 x squat cleans + 2 front squats + 2 jerks
Sets 1-3 65-70% of 1RM
Sets 4-6 70-80% of 1RM
Sets 7-8 85% of 1RM

B. EOMOM 12 minutes (6 sets)

Front Squat
Sets 1-2 =3 reps @ 65%
Sets 3-4 = 3 reps @ 75%
Sets 5-6 = 2 reps @ 85%
