5 rounds for rounds and reps
Each round is 3 min AMRAP
 
-Round 1: 50 ab mat sit ups then AMRAP 6 hspu, 6 alternating db snatch 50/35
 
-Round 2: 40 ab mat sit ups then AMRAP 6 hspu, 6 alternating db snatch (start where you left off)
 
-Round 3: 30 ab mat sit ups then AMRAP 6 hspu, 6 alternating db snatch (start where you left off)
 
-Round 4: 20 ab mat sit ups then AMRAP 6 hspu, 6 alternating db snatch (start where you left off)
 
-Round 5: 10 ab mat sit ups then AMRAP 6 hspu, 6 alternating db snatch (start where you left off)
 
*REST 1min between rounds
