-Snatch
Set 1: 3reps @ 75%
Set 2-4: 3reps @ 80%

B. EMOM 12min:
-Back Squat
2reps @ 75%

C. Not For Time:
3 Rounds:
-15 Weighted Hip Extensions
-20 Walking Lunges w/ DB’s in each hand

*Rest as needed
