For Time:
 
-35 Unbroken Wall Balls 20/14 10’/9′
-10 Unbroken HSPU
-35 Unbroken Wall Balls
-10 Unbroken Pull-Up
-35 Unbroken Wall Balls
-30 Unbroken Push-Up *Chest to ground
-35 Unbroken Wall Balls
-40 Unbroken Jumping Chin-Up
 
*each set must be done unbroken. Athlete may rest as needed between exercises but must complete the movement with continuous motion until the reps are complete.
 
*each time an athlete stops or breaks up a set it is worth 1 point. At the end of the workout, add all points together.
 
1 point = 30sec Wall Sit – To be completed before leaving
