A. 12min EOMOM (Alternating Sets):
-2 Squat Cleans + 1 Jerk @80%-85%
-1 Squat Clean + 2 Jerks @80%-85%

B. 12min EMOM:
-Min 1: Deadlifts @80% x5reps
-Min 2: Box Jumps 24/20 x5reps
-Min 3: Bar Over Burpees x12reps
