-Min 1: Wall Facing Handstand Marching x20reps
-Min 2: L-sit hold 30-45sec (or accumulated hold time)
-Min 3: Ring Muscle-Up x4-6reps (or Ring Pull-Up *with false-grip x8reps)
-Min 4: Hip Extensions x15reps

B. For Time:
-1000m Row
