3-Position Clean at 60%

Followed by…

Every 2min, for 10min:
Hang Clean + Clean + Jerk
-Sets 1-2 = 70%
-Sets 3-4 = 80%
-Set 5 = 85%

Followed by…

Every 2min, for 6min:
Clean & Jerk = 90%

B.
Every 3min, for 12min:
Back Squat
-Set 1 – 5 reps @ 70%
-Set 2 – 3 reps @ 80%
-Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85%
-Set 4 – 1 rep @ 90%
