A. Snatch pull
*2 count pause at the mid shin, knee, mid thigh
EOMOM 10 min
Set 1: 3 reps at 80% of 1RM snatch
Set 2: 3 reps at 85% of 1RM Snatch
Set 3: 2 reps at 90% of 1RM Snatch
Set 4: 2 reps at 90% of 1RM snatch
Set 5: 2 reps at 95% of 1RM snatch

B. Snatch drop
15 min to build to a heavy single

C. OHS AMRAP
Set 1 :30 sec AMRAP 50% of part B
1 min rest
Set 2 :30 sec AMRAP 60% of part B
1 min rest
Set 3 :30 sec AMRAP 65% of part B
1 min rest
Set 4 :30 sec AMRAP 70% of part B
