With a running clock:
EMOM
A. Snatch 1 rep
*once you are unable to snatch more weight move to part B
B. Clean 1 rep
*once you are unable to clean more weight move to part C
C. Deadlift 1 rep

Rx starting weight 95/65

Rx weight increase:
-Snatch 10 lbs total per minute
-Clean 10 lbs total per minute
-Deadlift 20 lbs total per minute

Score = TOTAL of heaviest weights lifted per exercise (one number totaled)
