Station 1 = single leg deadlift x 8 reps each leg
Station 2 = Ab wheel or barbell roll outs x 12 reps
Station 3 = hand stand practice or hand stand walking
B. 8 min EMOM
8 alternating db snatches 50/35
AMRAP double unders
