WORKOUT OF THE DAY – SATURDAY, NOV. 25TH

In teams of two
AMRAP 30 minutes:
-Run 400 Meters or Row 500 Meters
-5 Pull-Ups
-10 Thrusters (75/55 lbs)
-15 Kettlebell Swings 24kg/16kg
 
*One partner runs/rows while other partner works through movements. Switch when both partners are finished.
