Each round is 5 min in length:
-500 meter row
-400 meter run
-AMRAP Double unders
*rest 3 minutes between rounds
L1: 500 meter row/ 200 meter run
L2: 400 meter row/200 meter run
L3: 300 meter row/200 meter run
