A. Muscle snatch EOMOM 12 min (6 total sets)
Set 1: 4 reps As Heavy As Possible (AHAP)
Set 2: 3 reps AHAP
Set 3: 2 reps AHAP
Set 4: 1 rep AHAP
Set 5: 1 rep AHAP
Set 6: 1 rep AHAP
B. Power clean + 2 front squats
15-20 min to build to a heavy set.
