A. Bulgarian split squats:
-4 sets of 4-6 reps on each leg
*attempt to go 5lb heavier than week 1
B. 17 min cap
For time:
21-18-15-12-9-6-3
-100 ft walking lunges
-pull ups
-ab mat sit ups *anchors are ok
