WORKOUT OF THE DAY – WEDNESDAY, SEP. 13TH

 
A. Bulgarian Split squats with barbell
4 sets x 4-6 reps on each legs
*attempt to go 5lb heavier than last week
 
B. 17 min cap
3 rounds for time:
-10 muscle ups
-50 wall ball
 
L1- CTB pull ups
L2- Pull ups x 2
L3- banded pull ups or jumping pull ups x2.
