-50 lunges w 35/20 lb des in each hand
-50 hspu
-50 toes to bar
-50 hang power cleans 35/20 lb dbs
-50 burpees
-50 sit ups
-100 double unders

L1- 30/15
L2- 25/10
L3- 20/5
