-25 toes to bar
-50 double unders
-7 squat cleans 315/205
L1= 115/75, 135/95, 155/105, 185/125, 205/135
L2= 95/65, 115/75, 125/85, 135/95, 155/105
L3= 75/55, 95/65, 115/75, 125/85, 135/95
**if you are doing L1, L2, or L3 and finish before the time cap, you must AMRAP the squat cleans until the time is up.
**score equals time finished, or reps completed.
