Teams of 2.
10 min amrap:
-10 deadlift
-10 hspu
2 min rest
10 min amrap:
-10 db thrusters
-10 pull ups
*both partners work at the same time, but on the opposite movement. Partners cannot switch movements until both athletes complete their allotted reps.
