A. Find a heavy jerk single 15 min cap
B. 15 min amrap:
-14 single arm DB shoulder to over head 

-21 ab mat sit ups
Rx+ = GHD sit ups
*use a single heavy dumbbell and alternate arms each rep
*score = rounds+ reps and weight used
