-60 burpees jumping onto a plate *while partner holds 45/25 plate over head
-60 front squat 135/95 *while partner holds front rack position
-60 hspu *while partner holds handstand position
 
Scaled:
-60 knees to chest *while partner holds dead hang from bar
-60 burped jumping onto a plate *while partner holds 25/15lb plate over head
-60 front squats 95/65 *while partner holds front rack position
-60 hspu 2 ab mat stacked *while partner holds plank
