WORKOUT OF THE DAY – THURSDAY, JAN. 19TH

For time:
-15 burpees over the bar
-5 squat cleans 115/75, 125/85, 135/95, 155/105, 185/125, rx= 205/135, -rx+225/155
-12 burpees over the bar
-4 squat cleans
-9 burpees over the bar
-3 squat cleans
 
**If you are using anything under 135/95, double the squat clean reps.
