WORKOUT OF THE DAY – SATURDAY, JAN. 14TH

For time: (TEAMS OF 2)
Each team player must complete 3 rounds of:
Rx+=
50 cal row
150 double unders (300 singles)
50 walking lunges
Rx=
30 cal row
100 double unders
30 walking lunges
*This is follow the leaders style. Once one athlete finished the row, the other athlete may start their row.
**Both athletes do not have to choose the same division.
