EMOM-1 Power Snatch. Increasing weight 5/10 lbs. every minute. Once you can no longer power snatch, immediately into:
EMOM -1 Power Clean. Increasing weight 10-20 lbs. every minute. Once you can no longer power clean, immediately into:
EMOM-1 Deadlift. Increasing weight 20/40 lbs. until a 1RM is achieved.
