A. Tabata (20 sec on 10 sec off):
Hollow rocks 
V-ups 

*8 rounds for hollow rocks then 8 rounds for v-ups 

B. 10 min AMRAP:
10 KB snatches (24/16) 
5 hand release push ups 
3 strict pull ups 
*5 each arm for KB snatches
