Teams of 2:

400 m relay x 10 (5 each person)

Then:
21-15-9
power clean 135/95
ring dips
(This section is a tag team. 1 person must do 21 power cleans, then the partner must complete 21 power cleans before the partner can start their set of 21 ring dips. Clock stops once both team members have completed the 21-15-9 complex)
