AMRAP while partner runs 200 m
-Front Squat (155/115)
-Push-ups
-Sit-ups
-Push Press (135/95)
-Burpee Over Bar

Score is total reps.

(1 person runs while the other does as many squats as possible. switch when runner returns. then 1st person runs again while the other does push-ups. switch… everyone runs and does each exercise)
