20 strict HSPU
20 deficit kipping HSPU 4″/2″
20 kipping HSPU

For scaled, a 10 min AMRAP of HSPU — stay strict as long as possible, then kip or scale as necessary.

B. 20 min AMRAP
100 DU (scale = 2:1)
100 ft walking lunges
