workout of the day – Monday, September 5th

Team Labor Day WOD

25 min AMRAP:
With a 55 and 35 lb dumbbell, complete as many rounds as possible:
200 meter farmers carry
10 weighted pull ups 35/15
20 single arm snatches 55/30

This may be broken up however the athlete sees fit. They both can work at the same time. It doesn’t matter which athlete carries the heavier/lighter dumbbell. Only one db per athlete.
