workout of the day – Saturday, August 27th

In teams of 2, a 25 min AMRAP with the following movements:
– KBS 32/24 kg
– Push-ups
– Sit-ups
– Burpees
1st person runs 200 m while the other does as many KBS as possible. Switch movements when runner returns. Then 1st person runs again while the other does push-ups. Switch. Then 1st person runs while the other does sit-ups. Switch. Then 1st person runs while the other does burpees. Everyone runs and does each movement.

Score: Total number of reps.
