– RX 3-5 Strict
– ADV 3-5 Kipping
– INT- 2 Wall Walks with shoulder taps
– BEG- 3-5 Box HSPU

B. 5 RFT:
10 Push Press (empty barbell)
20 Jumping Lunges (w empty barbell on back)
30 V-ups
*DO NOT DROP BARS
