21 HSPU
15 back squats 185/125 rx+= 225/155
20 burpees over the bar
15 HSPU
18 front squats 155/105 rx+= 205/135
20 burpees over the bar
9 HSPU
21 ohs 135/95 rx+ = 185/125
20 burpees over the bar
* All squats must be done from the ground.
