Workout of the day – Tuesday, May 10th

3 rounds for reps:
1 min OHS 95/65
1 min GHD sit ups
1 min ring MU (sub CTB pull ups)
1 min HSPU
1 min jump lunges (back knee may touch an ab mat, both feet must be in the air at the same time and the athlete must come to a full hip extension in the air for the rep to count)
1 min rest
