EMOM of 5 thrusters, increasing the weight 20/10 every 5th min:
0:00-5:00 75/55
5:00-10:00 95/65
10:00-15:00 115/75
15:00-20:00 135/95
20:00-25:00 155/105
25:00-30:00 175/115
etc …
Until you’re unable to complete the 5 thrusters within the minute.
