:40 sec max effort hang power cleans 115/75
:20 sec rest

Rest 5 minutes

B. 5 rounds for reps:
:30 sec max effort DU
:30 sec max effort burpees over barbell
:30 sec max effort lunges *stationary
:30 sec rest
