each team is responsible to complete the following:

30 power clean and jerks 135/95

Then:

3 rounds
400 meter run
21 kbs 24kg/16kg
12 pull ups

Then:

50-40-30-20-10
double unders
sit ups

Rest 4 min before starting 2nd time.
